Resell Piwik PRO

Partners who resell Piwik PRO On-premises and/or Cloud solutions – either as standalone products or as a part of our bundled solution – receive commissions for generating leads, closing sales, and owning the billing relationship with the customer. In turn, Piwik PRO provides technical support for both the end-customer and partner. Resellers enjoy other benefits, as outlined later.

Affiliate partners refer customers, prospects, and others to Piwik PRO so we can win their business and pay you a commission on sales resulting from that lead. Once you qualify the lead and introduce us, we’ll close the deal and support the relationship moving forward.

Partner Revenue

We want our partners to generate new revenue by working with us. For starters, Resellers earn a commission for identifying and closing sales opportunities. Affiliate partners also earn a commission for new referrals that lead to closed contracts. Beyond commissions, though, we collaborate with our partners around co-marketing programs that boost sales for both of us. Once you sign our NDA (see Path to Partnership), we’ll send you information regarding our partnership revenue model and product pricing.

Meet with your Piwik PRO Partner Manager to kick-off partnership and map next steps.


Promote and sell Piwik PRO to your customers and prospects, service them as you normally would, and engage with your Piwik PRO Partner Manager so we can support you. Meet with us quarterly (in person or by phone) to discuss product and program updates, pipeline status, and upcoming opportunities.


Fulfill program requirements within twelve (12) months of becoming a Certified Reseller:

  • Launch a minimum of two (2) end customers on Piwik PRO,
  • Sell Sell at least $50,000 of Piwik PRO products and services.

Frequently Asked Questions

What role may partners play when it comes to technology consulting and support for Piwik PRO?

Piwik PRO doesn’t offer consulting services, so we encourage partners to help customers implement and manage Piwik PRO. We know many of you derive significant revenue through product implementation, technical support, and maintenance, and we want to help you succeed in this regard. Given Piwik PRO’s complexity, it’s critical for us to be involved in technical product support during the deployment phase, working in conjunction with you to yield a happy customer. Piwik PRO’s implementation support is included in the license purchase price.

Why does Piwik PRO offer an on-premises solution?

In many cases, Piwik PRO customers prefer our on-premises solution, which focuses heavily on data ownership, privacy, and raw data utilization. Given we’re headquartered in Poland, we’ve already factored in strict EU, US, Chinese, and Russian data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

How does Piwik PRO compare to Google 360 and other competing products?

Obviously, Google 360 is a powerful product, as are others in the marketplace. In many cases, customers want a cloud-based solution but simply don’t feel comfortable hosted their data with Google and other large solutions providers, so they turn to Piwik PRO Cloud. In other cases, customers need more reasonable pricing options, which Piwik PRO affords. And, as mentioned previously, many customers need a solution that ensures strict data privacy and/or hosting data on their own infrastructure, so they go with Piwik PRO On-Premises.

Are partners required to receive financial compensation for recommending/reselling Piwik PRO to their customers?

No, partners may utilize the discount (aka commission) they receive for a Piwik PRO partner. If a partner wishes, they may pass their savings through to their end customer. This is up to the partner entirely.

How do you price Piwik PRO?

We believe you’ll find Piwik PRO’s pricing model appealing relative to our competition which, in many cases, requires extremely large volumes. As outlined in the Path to Partnership section, we’ll send you our Partner Pricing sheet once you’ve signed our mutual non-disclosure agreement.

Do you work with partners on customer pricing?

Yes, we’re open to working with partners on custom pricing to help win specific deals. In these instances, just reach out to your assigned partner manager so we can work with you on this. Of course, in instances where another Piwik PRO certified reseller partner is competing for the same end customer, we would offer that partner the same consideration should they request it.

What kind of co-marketing do we do with partners?

We’re always interested in understanding what co-marketing programs our partners wish to pursue and how Piwik PRO might participate. Of course, we’ll help provide marketing content and materials that you’d want to incorporate into your programs. More in-depth involvement will depend on expected return-on-investment with associated success metrics.

Do you ever partner exclusively in a particular country or region?

We are eager to work with partners from all parts of the globe, but we do not engage in exclusive partner arrangements.
